 goal = develop basic riding skills
 Cycling 201 course for beginner road riders: includes 5 2-hour private
 cycling sessions = $400
 goal = hone riding skills, develop endurance and strength.
 Cycling 301 course for intermediate road riders: includes 5 2-hour private
 cycling sessions plus 3 weekly workout protocols for 5 weeks = $500
 goal = improve speed and performance through specific interval work
 Cycling 401 course for intermediate road riders: includes 5 3-hour private
 cycling sessions plus 3 weekly workout protocols for 5 weeks = $650
 goal = combination rides that combine endurance, strength, and anaerobic
 threshold work.  
Note: the above services assume ownership of a road bike, equipped with clipless pedals and a computer with speed, heart rate, cadence, and interval capability. Rental of road bike may be arranged through Castle Hill Specialized Fitness for $30/lesson flat rate.
